“How come Dutch students speak English so well?”, teacher Noushin Loghmani from Teheran wonders. Caspar Kollaard, English teacher at the IJburg College answers her question in this video.
Nushin is a private teacher of English and on her trips across Europe she noticed that the Dutch speak English very well compared to people in other countries. This question was collected by the brothers Erik and Luuk Ex. They travelled from Finland to Singapore visiting schools and gathering knowledge on the educational systems in those countries. On their trip, they also collected questions foreign teachers have about the Dutch educational system for Learn Like The Dutch. These questions are answered in videos on our website. This is the first such video in the series.
